What is Ready for Monday?

Ready For Monday is a virtual family admin support service for busy parents who want their weeks to run more smoothly. We cut the 'Sunday scaries' and ensure that you are always Ready For Monday.
We help manage children’s activities, schedules, reminders, and ongoing school and activity relevant admin so you’re not constantly juggling emails, deadlines, and to-do lists.

Who is this service for?

Ready For Monday is best suited to:

• Families with multiple clubs or activities

• Parents who feel mentally overloaded by admin

• Families who value organisation, structure, and calm

If you’re drowning in emails, reminders, and “Did I miss something?” moments — this is for you.

What exactly do you help with?

Ready For Monday is designed to bring calm, structure, and breathing space to family life — not more pressure or complexity. Support may include:

• Managing children’s clubs, activities, and schedules

• Tracking blocks, renewals, and notice periods

• Sending reminders and updates

• Creating and maintaining weekly boards

• Working with you in a shared system for family flow

How do I communicate with you?

Ready For Monday does not provide:

• Childcare or in-person supervision

• Emergency or same-day crisis support

• Parenting, medical, legal, or educational advice

• School advocacy or behavioural management

• 24/7 availability or instant responses

The service is administrative and organisational in nature.

What don’t you help with?

The initial service runs in a 13-week block:

• Week 1: onboarding and setup (up to 7 working days)

• Weeks 2–13: service delivery

Your 12-week service period begins when your first Ready for Monday board is delivered.

The service then moves to a monthly basis with a months notice.

How does the 13-week block work?

Communication takes place via agreed channels set during onboarding.
Ready For Monday operates during standard business hours and is not an emergency service.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All client information is handled confidentially and in line with applicable data protection regulations. Ready for Monday is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Will you pay clubs or fees & make decisions on my behalf?

No. Ready For Monday does not directly pay third-party fees. All bookings, changes, and decisions are made with your approval.

On a personal level, many families appreciate the relief of knowing someone else is supporting your family keeping an eye on the details.

If you enjoy managing family admin yourself, this may not be the right fit.
If you’re craving a little more calm, clarity, and breathing room in your week, many parents find Ready For Monday more than worth it.

When will my Ready for Monday board be delivered?

Your Ready For Monday service begins with up to a 7 working day onboarding period.

During onboarding, time is spent:

• Gathering information (for swift onboarding, we kindly ask for forms to be returned within 72 hours of receipt)

• Setting up systems

• Organising schedules and activities

• Creating your first personalised board

Your first Ready For Monday board is delivered on Sunday to the closest Monday immediately following the completion of onboarding. We do not offer boards half way through the week & all boards go live on a Sunday & start 'ready' on a Monday.

First board delivery marks the official start of your 12-week service period.

From that point, your board is updated weekly and used as the central place for managing your children's school, club and activity based admin and schedule.
