Ready For Monday

Terms & Conditions of Service governed by English Law.

1. Service Overview

Ready For Monday provides virtual family administration support to assist with managing children’s activities, schedules, bookings, reminders, and related admin tasks.

The service is administrative and advisory in nature. Ready For Monday does not replace schools, clubs, or third-party providers and does not make decisions on behalf of clients unless explicitly authorised.

2. Service Blocks & Duration

Services are provided in 13-week service blocks.

  • Week 1 is onboarding and setup. This can take up to 7 working days dependent on family needs & volume of commitments.

  • The 12-week service period begins on the Monday the client receives their first Ready for Monday board

  • Your first Ready for Monday board is 'live' on the closest Monday immediately following the completion of onboarding. We do not offer boards half way through the week & all boards go live on a Sunday & start 'ready' on a Monday.

Once the first board is delivered, the service period is considered active.

All clients receive the same 12 weeks of active service, regardless of onboarding duration.

3. Onboarding

Onboarding includes:

  • Initial intake and setup

  • System creation

  • Organisation of provided information

  • Creation of the first Ready for Monday board

Onboarding may take up to 7 working days, depending on the complexity and volume of children’s clubs, activities, and commitments, as well as how information is provided by the client.

Onboarding work begins once:

  • Full payment for the initial 13-week block has been received, and

  • Required onboarding information has been submitted

Delays in providing information may delay completion of onboarding and first board delivery.

4. Payments & Billing

Initial 13-Week Block

The initial 13-week block must be paid in full upfront prior to onboarding commencing.

This payment covers onboarding, preparation, and the full 12-week service period. The initial block is a fixed-term service commitment.

Ongoing Monthly Service

Following completion of the initial 13-week block, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Ongoing services are billed via a monthly Stripe subscription

  • Payments are taken automatically unless notice is provided

By signing up, the client authorises Ready For Monday to store payment details securely and process recurring payments via Stripe.

Failure of payment may result in a pause or termination of services.

5. Notice & Cancellations

After the initial 13-week block:

  • Clients must provide a minimum of one calendar month’s notice to end the service

  • Notice must be given in writing via email before the next billing date

If notice is not provided, the next monthly subscription payment will be taken.

The initial 13-week block is non-cancellable once work has commenced.

Any gap in service of more than one calendar month will require re-onboarding. Previous onboarding work, systems, and boards are not retained indefinitely. Information, systems, and boards may change over time and cannot be relied upon after a break in service.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the time-based and labour-intensive nature of the service:

  • Fees for the initial 13-week block are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced

  • No refunds are provided for unused time, paused use, or changes in personal circumstances

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where the service is found not to be provided with reasonable care and skill or not delivered as described, Ready For Monday will provide a remedy as required by law, which may include rectifying the issue or providing a proportionate refund where legally necessary.

7. Holiday Planning & Deadlines

To allow accurate planning, clients must provide holiday, camp, or out-of-term information at least 10 working days in advance of the relevant period.

If information is not received within this time frame, Ready For Monday will provide either:

  • The most recent board information, or

  • A standard holiday board

Last-minute changes, retroactive planning, or bespoke holiday arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

8. School Term Dates & Calendars

Ready For Monday operates using the UK state school term system as the standard planning framework.

  • State school term dates are used as the baseline for scheduling

  • Private school term dates are kept in mind where reasonably possible

Ready For Monday cannot accommodate individual schools operating on unique or non-standard term calendars.

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Ready For Monday of any relevant differences in advance.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Respond to requests for clarification when required

  • Meet agreed deadlines, including onboarding and holiday planning cut-offs

  • Maintain agreed communication channels

Delays caused by missing or late information may affect service delivery and do not constitute a failure of service.

Clients are responsible for sharing relevant emails, updates, and information relating to their children’s activities.

Ready For Monday works based on the information provided. If something is not shared, it cannot be tracked or actioned.

Ready For Monday is not responsible for monitoring personal email inboxes.

Holiday Planning & Deadlines

Ready For Monday does not offer service credits, extensions, or compensation for periods where the client chooses not to engage due to holidays or time away.

Ready For Monday does not currently plan, organise, or manage family holidays or travel arrangements.

10. Communication & Availability

  • Communication takes place via agreed channels only

  • Ready For Monday does not operate as an emergency service

  • Response times are during standard business hours unless otherwise stated

11. Confidentiality & Data

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Clients acknowledge that some tasks may require sharing information with third-party providers (e.g. clubs, schools, booking platforms), with the client’s knowledge or approval.

12. Limitation of Liability
